Booking Policies

Clients MUST read through the Booking Policies in its entirety prior to booking your appointment. Policies include important information clients should know before booking. Please contact me (contact form found on "About Me" and "Home" page) with any questions and I will reach out to you at the earliest convenience. I am looking forward to being your makeup artist!

Preparation Before Your Appointment:

Tip #1

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Get your eyebrows groomed/shaped prior to your appointment. This will enhance the outcome of your eyebrows.

Tip #2

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED : Remove facial hair (on face/upper lip/etc.) and dead skin with dermaplane/shaving and exfoliation. This ensures a smooth and flawless application of makeup. Excellent skin care = excellent final results!

Tip #3

If you have eyelash extensions*:

Get them filled before your appointment unless you would like strip lashes applied on them with the service. Sparse/uneven lash extensions will change the outcome of your final look.

POLICIES BELOW:

| DEPOSITS |

+ Deposits are mandatory to confirm and secure your makeup appointment. Without a deposit, your appointment will be voided.

+Deposits are nonrefundable within 48 hours of booked appointment (*see cancellation section*)

+Remaining balance will be due at the appointment. (Cash or Credit Card ONLY)

+Deposits are transferrable for up to 14 days after original date of appointment - if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

-----Deposit is nontransferable if the appointment is rescheduled (to a different day) within 24 hours of original booked appointment. (i.e. same day rescheduling will require a new deposit to be made)

| CANCELLATIONS |

+If you need to cancel your appointment, contact me via text with your name and date/time of appointment stating you would like to cancel.

+Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of booked appointment date/time will not be refunded the deposit.

| LATE POLICY & NO CALL - NO SHOW |

+After 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled for a different time that day if there is an available opening. Contact me to reschedule as same day booking is not available via this booking site.

+A No Call No Show will be charged with a $40 no-show fee upfront before future bookings and not refunded the deposit - no exceptions.

| GUESTS |

+No extra guests/children will be allowed to sit in on the appointment - only those who are being serviced.

+Minors may be accompanied by an adult.

+If client has a caregiver, the caregiver may accompany the client.

| EARLY/LATE APPOINTMENTS |

+Any appointments booked outside of working hours will be charged an extra fee of $20. This includes appointments before 9am and after 4pm. Must book the service that states "Before/After Hours Appointment".

*APPOINTMENTS BEFORE 7AM/AFTER 7PM WILL BE CHARGED A $30 FEE. Must contact me directly (text/call) for these appointments as they are not available online.

+SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS: will be charged an extra $20 fee as Sundays are a non-working day for me. Please contact me directly to book an appointment on any Sunday.

+LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS: Appointments booked for same day (within 24 hours of set time) will be charged a +$20 fee. Contact me directly for last minute appointments.

| HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS |

+In the case of holiday availability, all services booked on a holiday will be charged an extra $30 fee.

HOLIDAYS: New Years/NYE, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers/Fathers day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Halloween, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

| TRAVEL |

+Mandatory travel fee of $50 is applied if I need to travel to you. If I am traveling over 10 miles, this fee will increase depending on the distance of travel. Contact me directly to discuss traveling as I am not always available to do so due to scheduling conflicts.

*If you need an appointment for a day/time that is unavailable on this website, please feel free to contact me directly in the case I can book you in!*
